Fancy Getting Involved?
Have you enjoyed previous years of the project?
Fancy joining in? Why not challenge yourself to do something creative daily?
Pick something new you want to explore, a skill you want to develop, or maybe you want to simply get back into the habit of doing something you love.
The trick is to give yourself a manageable amount of work so that the daily task doesn't become a chore.
1...Sign-up & Announce
Help me understand more about who’s taking part, and make this project better, by filling out the 2026 Sign-up form.
This announces your involvement to us, but then if you intend on sharing on socials, announce it there too - by stating what you intend to do every day. Use the project hashtag #100DaysProjectScotland #100DaysProjectScotland2026 and give your project your own unique hashtag.
2...Get creative every day
Get creative every day, and if you use socials, and want to, you can post your effort each day using all 3 hashtags (so you can be found!) If you miss a day, don't worry, keep going!
3...Facebook & instagram
Though Isla will be spending less time on Social Media this year, you will be able to follow the Instagram feed for the project, and/or like the 100 Days Project Scotland Facebook page (social media icons in the footer) to see the #DailyCount2026
4…start on day one
Start you daily creativity projects on June 1st 2026, and do something everyday until Day 100. If you want to post on socials everyday that’s brilliant, but it is not essential - lot’s of people get involved, and get creative, but don’t want to share online.
follow hashtags
Social Media is changing all the time, and the algorithms change how you see things all the time, but hashtags can help you find people’s projects on Instagram.
Participant Page changes in 2026
The world is a bit of a mad place right now, so thank goodness for creative communities!
The project takes a lot to keep it visible on Social Media, and to help me limit my Social Media time (which at points averages 1-2 hours per day for the 100 Days) I’m trying the Participant Page again, so there is a jumping off point for discovering people and their projects. We will be sharing peoples Names (you choose how these appear) their project names, and (if you choose to do so) a link to where they are sharing them (like social media or their own website) so you can choose who to follow and how.
There will likely be a couple of repeating fields in the sign-up form, specifically for the participant page, so look out for these and the instructions and how we use the info, once the form goes live.
From time to time we will spotlight some projects through concerted Social Media activity, so keep using those hashtags and tagging the project so we can share posts when we can.
